In the public bar food is served between 12.30 and 9.00pm. There is a mixture to suit everyone’s taste buds. From traditional dishes like Irish Stew and Bacon & Cabbage to Chef Keary’s famous sirloin steaks. The Seafood Chowder is famous the world over yet he swears he will never reveal his recipe! All our ingredients are sourced locally. The friendly staff will help you make your wine selection from our New and Old World wines, then relax with your after dinner drink at one of our many open fires.

There is traditional music in the bar every Sunday night starting at 9.30pm. Join the locals in the age old tradition of set dancing. However if you don’t feel brave enough to take to the floor, sit back and enjoy our mid-week show with world class dancers and musicians (High Season only). If you prefer something a little more gentle, Mike our resident pianist is always on hand to enchant you with his melodies.
